It was an outstanding experience from the moment We purchased a ‘previously enjoyed’ vehicle from Steve Zitco at Dave Mungenast Lexus for my husband. It was an outstanding experience from the moment we took our first look at the car, through closing with the finance folks at Dave Mungenast Acura to shaking hands with Steve and driving off the lot. Steve is warm, super easy going, and generous with his time and expertise. I plan on purchasing from him again when it’s my turn and from this dealership in particular. We experienced absolutely no pressure from anyone and actually both laughed and learned so much from Steve and from Louis and Clayton in the finance division. We have bought several vehicles in our lifetime and have never had such a positive reaction. We will both recommend Dave Mungenast and Steve Zitco to anyone who will listen!! More
