Showed him bumper he said ya not covered $288 I’m like no way it’s under warranty. He says Oh is this a CPO car I’m like yes. He’s like oh those break all the time still not covered $288. He also kept calling my David which is my brother a TV Preacher here in town heard the other xxxxxxx speaking about him when I came out. Ask for service manager he says oh he’s not here. I said can you have him call me he says oh sure. Well been two days ain’t heard from this dude either. I worked for Lexus 9 years I’m Master Certified Lexus Salesman. This is not normal but seems to be at Munganast. As he goes and gets my new Lexus he says oh well should we wash it? I said oh well would be nice but why would ya lol… What a joke …. More
