I'm very sorry that you have had a frustrating experience. We take customer satisfaction seriously and I apologize that you've had trouble resolving your concerns. For clarification, we offered to trade you out of the vehicle you purchased a year ago. Unfortunately, we are unable to come to a deal that works for both parties with the vehicles we currently have available. Due to damage your vehicle has incurred since purchase, we are also unable to provide a paint job that looks high-quality. Would you please contact me directly?
