I told the dealer on multiple occasions that I had a bad rotor days after purchase and wanted it replaced 4 years later I finally researched how to do it myself because it finally ate my brake pads for the rotor days after purchase and wanted it replaced 4 years later I finally researched how to do it myself because it finally ate my brake pads for the 8th time. I will never go to this dealership. The pre owned experience was below poor. My car was supposedly wiped down when I purchased it and it looked like they wiped it down with the dirty rag leaving dirt trails on the inside and outside of the car. I will never buy from them and will never go back. Then they have the audacity to send me a happy anniversary of my car with a leave a review, well here you go. You can take your anniversary email and shove it. More
