I thought the doc fee of $400 was a ripoff. Since you wouldn’t negotiate the price of the car , they’re was no reason for a doc fee. The coupons I received for oil changes and tire rotations were useless since what you charge for an oil change exceeds the face value of the coupon. I can get my oil changes done cheaper elsewhere and I have. My trade in was appraised at Dave Mugenast Honda at $11,000 and you would only give me $10,000 for my van. So all in all I was disappointed in my experience. The salesman was nice but the experience could’ve been better. More

We went to Mungenast Lexus late Fall 2023 to view options for a new SUV. We met Nate Hopson. Nate went through options and encouraged us to look through floor inventory. Late January we returned to Mungenast having decided that we definitely wanted a Lexus. Mr. Hopson was glad to see us back and then explianed the differences in the fleet of SUVs that Lexus makes. Nate encouraged us to test drive any models that we needed to check out. That day we knew that RX350 Hydrid would be our next automobile. Nate checked with floor manager, John, about incoming inventory. A auto was scheduled to be built in late February and arrive mid -late March. We were excited and ready as soon as possible. Mr. Hopson kept us informed of the progress of SUV in the manufactoring and delievery. We got calls and really appreciated Nate's attention to our car. We picked up today. It is everything Nate and other staff had told us. Nate escorted us through the signing , payment, and new auto instruction. Nate was wonderful to work though this big purchase.
