Jeff Johnson was a true professional in the way he treated me during the test drive, and was exceptionally pleasant to work with when negotiating. Mike Baek, finance manager, was outstanding, as well. He went above and beyond to make my financing process go smoothly and was a pleasure to visit with during the paperwork session. Although I did not purchase a Lexus, working with the professionals at Mungenast may influence my decision for my next car. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

The overall experience at Mungenast Lexus of St Louis was superior to any dealership we had previously visited. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and really took their time to explain everthing superior to any dealership we had previously visited. The professionalism that was displayed by EVERY employee we encountered was exemplory, but in particular - Afton Fendelman, greeted us warmly and enthustastically went over all of the features of our pre-owned certified car, Dennis Wyland, Master Certified Pre-Owned Sales Consultant showed us each car we were interested in really listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect match, last - but not least, Mike Baek, Financial Services Manager went above and beyond the call of duty, staying late to finish up our paperwork and we really enjoyed getting to know him in the process. All 3 staff members were very personable. Did I mention that the overall experience was exceptional?! In summary, we looked at 4 other dealerships that had similar cars (both in price and features), honestly the difference was the employees at Mungenast - we didn't purchase the least expensive car we saw, but we certainly did buy from the best. I found Nate Hopson to be a friendly, knowledlable and helpful salesman. One of the things that I appreciated was the fact that he was not "pushy." I recently took delivery of a new IS350C and it was a great experience due to the Nate's expertise and his attention to the customer's expectations. Alicia did a great job reviewing features of the auto and Mike made the paperwork process, quick, efficient and informative. I purchased a new 2013 GS from this dealer (my eigth Lexus). The process was unusual because the salesman left and the sales manager came in without him and said "lets make a deal." This is the second Lexus I have purchased from Mungenast Lexus, and the buying experience was extremely enjoyable. Having called Nate Hopson at the suggestion of a Gary Halls, a neighbor of mine, I found N Lexus, and the buying experience was extremely enjoyable. Having called Nate Hopson at the suggestion of a Gary Halls, a neighbor of mine, I found Nate to be completely professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He had the pre-owned car ready for us to look at and drive, patiently answered our many questions, and then worked with us in a non-pressured way to structure the deal. Other dealerships rely on evasive negotiating tactics, questionable claims about their cars, and pitting buyers against each other. The Mungenast team, in sharp contrast, treats customers like partners and truly works in a way that everyone is satisfied when the process in completed. We also met with Mike Baek and Afton Fendelman as we made plans to take the car. Mike is by far the most professional financial manager I have ever met in an auto dealership, and you are fortunate to have him on board. He too was the complete professional as he carefully explained the financial arrangements, and I really enjoyed working with him. Afton carefully went through the intricacies of the LS460, taking extra time to make sure we understood the amazing features of this car, and offered to extend that assistance any time we needed. She too is a delight to work with and represents your company very well. I'm sure you know that most of us consumers do not have a very high opinion of auto dealerships. So many of them fully earn the reputation they carry by using high-pressured sales tactics, making questionable service recommendations, and in general treating customers like peons. Your company is completely different with its professional staff, terrific new building, and super-friendly environment.
