The words, "Superior and Exemplary service" alone still seem to not totally define how experience at this dealership. After leaving another Lexus dealership, we went over to Dave Mungengast. The customer-service is second to none and swept us off our feet. The service was the total opposite of the other dealership. (They are lucky I don't put a review on this site about their service, but I'm truly tempted. Their loss is that we purchased our 2011 Lexus ES350 from DML and not them.) When we immediately walked into the door, Afton immediately and politely greeted us. She was the first face we saw, and her presence and warm smile was very welcoming. My husband asked for Nate, and he immediately walked and remembered meeting my husband at an annual fundraiser at DML (Dave Mungenast Lexus). He listened to what he were looking for, didn't pressure us, but assisted us in getting the vehicle I absolutely love! He was extremely courteous, warm and hospitable and a jewel to work with! He later met with Dan, who worked tirelessly to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. He, too, yet professional, was most hospitable in assistance. Mike Baek was exceptional in every way! He didn't try to quickly "oversell" me on products, warranties, etc., but thoroughly explained in detail all of the products so that we could make educated decisions. He, like Don, worked tirelessly to make us happy customers. In closing the deal, Mike didn't leave until after 10 p.m. He didn't make us feel rushed, but treated us like celebrities, and even moreso, like family. This, by far, has been our best experience at any dealership in the region. With continued service and efficiency like we experienced, we will always remain faithful DML customers. Nate, Don and Mike provided such a personal and special service that you just don't get anywhere else. More

The salesman, Denny Wyland, was very friendly and knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. We stayed far beyond closing time to complete all of the paperwork. Denny stayed until we drove off the lot, which was about 8:30pm. The delivery specialist, Alicia, went through each and every accessory. There was a problem with the locking system and she got a technician to look into the problem. The problem could not be corrected and Alicia went out of her way to document the problem and assured us the problem will be corrected at a time that the service department is open. Mike Baek explained all of the financing and extra options in a friendly manner and made the money part of it not at all painful. I commend all three of those employees for a job well done. It was actually a fun car buying experience. I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone. More

As a general rule I rate car dealers in the same ctagory as Dentists and Attorneys. Becky Kroupa and Munganast made this car buying experiance a joy, but I still have the same feeling about most car deal as Dentists and Attorneys. My husband and I have just completed the purchase of our third car from Lexu of St. Louis. Obviously, we find the people and product exceptional. First of all, it is a wonderful example of the sort of place one would like to purchase a car. It is immaculate and luxurious; the personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, accomadating, and sincere. My husband just traded in his LS, which was 14 years old and going strong. Consequently, he knew the quality of the service department well, and he has nothing but good things to say about them. We receive a loaner car when our car is being serviced. He receives phone calls during service to keep him apprised of the situation. Our sales person, Becky Kroupa, is just wonderful to work with. She is very professional, open, and sensitive. She did everything we asked her to do and more. Mike Baek is an exemplary employee who treated us with respect and kindness. Katie and Afton were the young women who took us through the finer points of our cars' electronics and we were very impressed with the ease of explanation they presentd and their continued helpfulness. (We purchased my RX-350 2011 in November 2010, and my husband's LS 2011 last week.) Overall, we give this dealership an A+. More

I just moved to the St. Louis area. I have used this dealer in the past when in the area and did have a couple bad experiences with service.I found the service consultants very rude, however this time I dealer in the past when in the area and did have a couple bad experiences with service.I found the service consultants very rude, however this time I worked with David and he was awesome! He followed up on all my issues and was very friendly. Overall, this dealer would not rate as well as the one I used in another state but it has improved over the past year. One thing that I feel is not aligned to customer service that this dealer does vs Lexus dealers is the use of billboard advertising on its loaner cars. It makes me not want to get a loaner because its downright embarrasing when you are working with a client and driving the dealers billboard around town. Other dealers only advertise on license plate but Munganest plasters it as a billboard on windows all over car. Extremely self serving and not customer focused, especially for business cliental. More
