At the end of the day we had purchased 2 new cars and it was for two reasons--the quality and reputation of the Lexus name and Nate Hopson. It was obvious from the beginning that he was there to help us and to get us what we wanted with the best deal. When the car that I was looking for was not on the lot he looked at other dealers to find the car that I wanted instead of trying to talk me into a car that was on the lot. Nate is extremely "laid back and non pushy". It appeared to both my wife and I that his number one goal was to make us happy. As stated earlier, I went in to get my oil cahnged and due to Nate Hopson we purchased two cars. If you are the least bit nervous about purchasing a car, my advice is to ask for Nate Hopson. I know that the nextv time that we purchase a new car we will ask for Nate Hopson. More

We purchased a new RX350 on 9/14/12 from Mungenast Lexus. Alicia was the Mungenast salesperson who went over all the car's features when we took delivery. I have now bought 3 cars from Nate and each time is more pleasant than the last. He has a no pressure sales style that makes you at ease whether its getting car info or when its time to buy. The salesperson, Ted Johnlikes, understands the challenge of shopping from out of state and was extremely helpful in providing detailed information about each vehicle so that we could make an informed decision about making the commitment to travel to the dealership and/or purchase the vehicle. Through the entire sales process, Ted was very responsive and always made himself available as needed. In the case of one vehicle, Mungenast even provided the option of delivering the vehicle to us in Oklahoma (which they did!). This is an excellent dealership and I would highly recommend it. More

While I was about to leave the dealership with the car, I noticed some scratches to the side of the car. Immediately, a personnel from the body shop was informed, and they had the scratches buffed out in no time.
