Becky again exceeded all expectations with the special order process and delivery of my vehicle. Becky went above and beyond to notify of changes in production dates and shipping dates. I couldn’t have asked for a better purchasing experience with a special order vehicle. Rather than the high pressure sales tactics used by some dealers in the industry, Becky Kroupa listens and ensures her clients wants and needs are fulfilled when purchasing a vehicle. Becky is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Lexus brand, paired with her no pressure sales approach; Becky makes purchasing a vehicle a enjoyable experience. Rather than pressuring to sell an in stock vehicle, Becky encouraged me to place a special order to get the vehicle I wanted and explained the timeframe for the special order process. I couldn’t be more ecstatic about my purchase and the dedication and patience of Becky throughout the process and ensuring my vehicle was delivered as asked. He has such a vast knowledge of all of the cars both new and used that he was even able to compare features and changes for me. This is actually the 6th car I have purchased from Alex and I would not use any other sales person. He is interested in your needs and where you are at. He does everything he can to make the deal work so you can have what you want. Yet, he never pressures you. I have always gotten a fair value for my trade in. Alex made this an amazing experience. I brought my GX470 into Mungenast Lexus because the "Check Engine Light" came on. After 45 minutes of waiting, David Cordner informed me that the following things needed to replaced: - Charcoal can "Check Engine Light" came on. After 45 minutes of waiting, David Cordner informed me that the following things needed to replaced: - Charcoal canister $580.00 plus 2 hours of labor @$140/hr. - The Battery $160.00 - The gas cap $35.00 (!) - The interior cabin filter $50.00 I told Mr. Cordner I would think about it. He replied, "There is no way your car will pass emmissions until you have us replace the charcoal canister." Bottom line, I took my vehicle to a state inspection garage the next day and it past the emmissions test! The battery was fine with an 80% charge. I had replaced the cabin filter a month ago and have the receipt. Obviously it did not need to be replaced. And, oh ya, the gas cap works perfectly......! Beware of this dealership. Very unprofessional and deceptive, possible fraudulent business practices. * GET A SECOND OPINION* More

As a women in general I have had bad experiences when going to dealerships you feel like you don't get the same respect as a man when buying a car. I had an entirely different experience for once when I looked on Mungenast web site and read reviews about Becky Kroupa she was nothing but honest and you can tell when people are just trying to make a sell and don't have your best interest at hand. She is very down to earth and will try to help you get the best deal not just try to make a sell. I would recommend her when purchasing your next Lexus. More
