Mike Oshea was so patient, understand, and professional when I bought my car and then decided it wasn't what I wanted. He even came to North County to resign the paperwork on the second car. In my eyes, he went above and beyond to get me in the car that made me happy. I was overjoyed when i saw the car and am the happiest I have ever been buying a car. It is so beautiful. He was positive, professional, and informative throughout the whole expereience. My wife and I were once again spoiled with the same professionalsim and courteous staff at Dave Mungenast Lexus in June 2013, when were came to replace our first Lexus RX SUV that we purchased there professionalsim and courteous staff at Dave Mungenast Lexus in June 2013, when were came to replace our first Lexus RX SUV that we purchased there in 1999. Our salesman, Nate Hopson as he did in 1999, made the whole process smooth and made the experince a treat for us as he had done in 1999. He was unusually professional and helpful to be sure we got what we wanted (color, accessories, and financing). He and the staff gave us appointment times that were convenient for us and never failed to be on time for the date set. The entire process was a pleasant one and completed in two visits, including the knowledgable young lady, Alicia, who gave us the final detailed lecture before we drove the new car home. Mr. Ray Mungenast himself, was there and seemed justifiably proud of his efficient and friendly organization. Thank you again. We were pleased with the entire process. i totally enjoy my lexus and have no problems with it, my problem is the misleading i was given with your promotional coupon program. you are told your getting 9-50.00 coupons to use (ANY WAY YOU WOULD LIKE problem is the misleading i was given with your promotional coupon program. you are told your getting 9-50.00 coupons to use (ANY WAY YOU WOULD LIKE)well later you find out you are only alllowed one at a time and you only can use them for service not for car assor cleaning materials ect.i feel that any serivce i would have done is still money out of my pocket.like i said i love my lexus but this has really put a bad taste towards mungenast. thank you for listening john patrico More
I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Genesis from Mike O'Shea this weekend (Mike is an outstanding representative of the dealership). His customer service and attention to detail were excellent. I travelled from Atlanta to inspect and potentially purchase this car based on his detailed description of the car and his answers to my in-depth questions. Also important to my decision to make the trip were his confidence in his answers to my questions over the phone, the excellent photos their photographer took of the car, the dealership's excellent on-line reputation, the well-known high service standards of most Lexus dealerships and of course a very fair price. Upon arrival (thank you for the ride from the airport) and inspection, I realized Mike had done a great job of describing the car to me. The car was nicely cleaned and waiting for me inside so that I could review it in great detail. Then, after a test drive, the paperwork process was quick and painless. Mike Baek also did a nice job of making that process expedient as well, while never feeling rushed. All in all, just a very nice experience. From a reasonable asking price to simple and honest price negotiation to taking the extra step to make the process easy and quick, knowing I had a 575 mile return trip ahead of me made this my best-ever automobile dealer experience. While they are a long way from my home in Atlanta, if I am ever in the market for a Lexus, I will certainly consider another purchase from Mungenast Lexus. More

The transport service was poor with communication but this is a subcontracted company recommended by, but unrelated to Mungenast. The follow up was good, and the car delivered was wonderfully detailed in and out. This is The best experience I have had with any dealer thus far, lexus or otherwise- I have purchased over 10 cars in the past. No gimmicks and hassling like typical dealerships.Low pressure sales.I highly recommend this dealer for out-of-state purchases of used vehicles. More

We had planned on trading in one vehicle but ended up trading two and we were able to meet our budget. Nate is great with the follow up and calls to make sure everything is going well with the purchase. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Nate Hopson and Don Vanatta. Nate Hopson and Don Vanatta are super to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, straight forward and honest working with us. The Mungenast dealership really makes a difference compared to other dealerships I have been in contact with. More
My husband and I had been looking online for a used Lexus. There were a couple cars we were interested in at this dealership as well as a few other dealerships. Mike O'Shea called and emailed us, going out of his way to find the car we were looking for. We took the 2 hour drive on Saturday thinking we would visit a few dealerships. I have to tell everyone that we didn't make it to any of the other places because upon arrival at Mungenast, there was no need to leave. We were greeted as soon as we got out of our car. Mike immediately set up cars for us to see and drive. We found the car we loved and Mike made it happen. They gave us more for our trade in than what we had anticipated; Eric Fultz worked hard to get us the best rate he could find and we were helped by a whole group of people who assisted us in every aspect of a car purchase. Alicia was also so very knowledgeable and helpful going through all the many buttons and gadgets in our new car. We have purchased many cars through the years but I sincerely mean this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I will not go to another lexus dealership in the future.
