Pleasant experience I received my new 2014 Lexus in March 31st and my salesperson Nate Hopson was helpful and understanding to my situation. My Lexus which was a special order in hopes that after my husband's health improved, he would be able to benefit from the updated model. We were trading in our 2013 Lexus. My husband passed away on March 8th, the same week that the 2014 model was delivered to your dealership. Needless to say I was not able to move on with purchasing the new vehicle but was assured that when I was ready give a call. Nate Hopson was very kind and he sent a sympathy card as well. The process of purchasing a car was totally new and frightening to me however Nate was very helpful and walk me through the whole process in a kind and understanding manner. I was assured that he gave me the best trade-in value and his responses to my questions and fears were well addressed. This is the second car within an 18 month period that we have purchased with Nate acting as the salesperson. I would also like to express my thanks to Ashley, Susan, and John for their time and guidance through the purchasing procedure. Everyone at Lexus of St. Louis made me feel special. My father and I walked in around 5 pm on 2/22/14 and knowing they closed at 6 pm. We had literally looked all day long and at multiple manufacturers so our minds were not made up in any fashion. I had to make a decision because I needed a vehicle for snow as I am moving to Minnesota this week. We had HORRIBLE experience at Elco Chevrolet they were super rude and that was not the case at Lexus. The entire environment was friendly and extremely nice. We both literally walked in & liked this silver RX350 on the show room floor and drove it home. It was so nice because several gentlemen stayed late and they didn't make us feel like we were imposing and it was just an overall TERRIFIC experience. More

We recently purchaed our 5th car at Dave Mungenast Lexus. I think that says it all! We met Mike Baek 13 years ago when he helped us with our first 2 purchases at Lexus. Mike is the reason we continue to make Mungenast Lexus our car "home". There is no other dealer we prefer to use. During our recent visit, Mike introduced us to Becky Kroupa. We clicked right away! She made my husband and I very comfortable during the buying process and was knowledgeable about the stock available to us. She's extremely friendly and makes you feel at ease right away. We've found our "team" in Becky and Mike. Before we know it, we'll need cars for our kids. We already know there's no other dealership we'll need to go to. While 3 of the 5 cars we've purchased have been Lexus, there's such a wide variety of other brands to choose from in the certified pre owned selection. My husband & I took delivery of our certified pre-owned vehicle on 1/29/13. Our visit was nothing but Exceptional. We were so impressed on the many services and ammenities customers are offered when doing business with this dealership, that our minds were made up to return to when ready to make our purchase. From our sales associate Jeff, to Mike to ? who explained the features of the vehicle each were very professional, friendly, outgoing and seemed to love their careers. There were imprefections noted prior and after taking ownership of the vehicle, however, we were assured that everything will be taken care of as soon as possible. Our finanical manager was very helpful in explaining any questions and ensuring all document needed were available. We are looking forward to driving our new vehicle, the customer service when needed & the friendly atmosphere demostrated among all of the employees.
