We had planned on trading in one vehicle but ended up trading two and we were able to meet our budget. Nate is great with the follow up and calls to make sure everything is going well with the purchase. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Nate Hopson and Don Vanatta. Nate Hopson and Don Vanatta are super to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, straight forward and honest working with us. My husband and I had been looking online for a used Lexus. There were a couple cars we were interested in at this dealership as well as a few other dealerships. Mike O'Shea called and emailed us, going out of his way to find the car we were looking for. We took the 2 hour drive on Saturday thinking we would visit a few dealerships. I have to tell everyone that we didn't make it to any of the other places because upon arrival at Mungenast, there was no need to leave. We were greeted as soon as we got out of our car. Mike immediately set up cars for us to see and drive. We found the car we loved and Mike made it happen. They gave us more for our trade in than what we had anticipated; Eric Fultz worked hard to get us the best rate he could find and we were helped by a whole group of people who assisted us in every aspect of a car purchase. Alicia was also so very knowledgeable and helpful going through all the many buttons and gadgets in our new car. We have purchased many cars through the years but I sincerely mean this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I will not go to another lexus dealership in the future. My wife and I were looking to purchase a major upgrade over our previous car, with a used RX-series being at the top of our list. We were looking for something used, and found a beautiful used 2004 RX330 over our previous car, with a used RX-series being at the top of our list. We were looking for something used, and found a beautiful used 2004 RX330 n our price range. Brian was great in walking us through the sales process. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Once we were ready to make the purchase, we went on to Mike Baeck in the Finance department. We knew this was going to be a challenge to keep our payment in a range we could afford, but Brian and Mike worked very hard on our behalf. Mike, in particular, exhausted every avenue to get us into the best loan deal possible, and to get us a comparable car payment to the one we were currently paying. We cannot say enough for the efforts of the team at Mungenast Lexus. We could not be more thrilled with the car we drove home, and have nothing but praise for the service we received. I normally do not take the time to sit down and write a review or fill out a survey but I had to share my new vehicle purchasing experience. I set out looking for an IS F on line and eventually filled out a credit app on the Lexus Financial web site late one night. First thing the next morning I received an e-mail and a phone call from my sales person John. It was his day off but he was more than happy to talk to me and get more information on the exact car I was looking for. After a little work John found the ONE and ONLY IS F in the color combo I wanted down in Florida. I stopped by the dealership with out an appointment to see John and try to get the ball rolling on the potential purchase of the IS F. John was with another customer at the time. That is when both Jeff and Becky offered to help me. I explained I was Working with John. They both told me they were more than happy to answer any questions I had and to let me test drive a couple of vehicles while John was with another client. Jeff and Becky spent an hour going over vehicle features, options etc and answering my questions. Jeff and Becky had no interest in taking away a sale from John but were just genuinely happy to help me. My service advisor Marty spotted me getting into one of the Demo's and came out and took the time to go over service intervals with me. He then offered to go on the test drive with me which he did. After returning to the dealership and speaking with John I decided to pursue the IS F. John explained that getting a limited production car from another dealer 3000 miles away could be difficult especially at the particular dealer this car was at. That is when Susan went to work and was able to negotiate a dealer trade. Yay Susan. John presented a price on this car that was approved by Brian. Brian took the time to come in and explain the pricing and thank me for the business. The price was better than other dealers advertised internet pricing so I said yes and was off to see Mike in Finance. Mike Baek was just a pleasure to deal with and made the whole finance process quick and painless. After signing the paperwork I was on my way home to await the arrival of my new car from Florida. I got a call from Mike the next day. He stated there was a small problem with the paperwork and asked if I would mind signing a new contract. I thought to myself here we go. My experience has has been great till now. He told me that he had actually got me approved for a lower interest rate than I was initially quoted and had previously agreed too. Mike even stayed an hour after closing to wait for me to come in and sign the new loan papers. He saved me about $1200 over the life of the loan. This is our Fifth Lexus and this dealership is why. Nate was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entired process seamless. We recieved his name from our Uncle, who has purchased 5+ cars with him and has always said, I will never work with another entired process seamless. We just purchased a 2013 GX 460 from Nate Hopson at Mungenast Lexus. We have bought two other cars from Mungenast Lexus, one of which Nate sold us. We knew we wanted to buy from Nate because he is very professional and we enjoy the way the people at Mungenast treat us. We went in five times to look at cars with Nate. Three times in one day. Nate was always available for us and was as always, very professional. We test drove several cars and when I finally decided on the type of car I wanted Nate let me take the car for the afternoon to try it out, check garage fit, etc. I returned the car after picking up the children from school and started the purchase with Nate. As women, sometimes we are hesitant to negotiate the purchase of a car because often we are treated as if we don't know what we are doing or that we are not able to make the final decision without our husband. I never felt that way with Nate. I was able to negotiate the price with Nate and purchased the car. Later, Nate came to my house to pick myself and my two children up to go back to Mungenast to pick up our new car! My husband was happy to let me take care of everything, he just came up to look at the car before we took it home and enjoy our excitement! The first car that my husband bought from Nate was the IS 350 C. It was a surprise birthday present for me and Nate was awesome. He helped my husband locate the right car, which took about a week, and then had the car delivered to the mall so that my husband could surprise me after dinner. As usual, Nate and the people at Mungenast went out of their way to make that a very special time. The service dept. is great too. We will continue to be Mungenast customers and will highly recommend Nate Hopson to our friends. More
