In 2012 we had an accident which totalled one of our vehicles and we cross shopped Mungenast to try the Lexus brand. Our initial experience with Becky Kroupa was fantastic and our experience with Mike Baek in finance was great as well. Because of those initial experiences, when it came time to shop for a new vehicle, we immediately contacted Mungenast and requested Becky. She lead us through several options and even suggested an exterior and interior color scheme that I would not have thought of but looks classy. It was Nebula Gray exterior with Caramel interior. While we were still in the market for an Infiniti we decided to go with the Lexus, as we told our Infiniti dealer of our choice, they offered a similar deal for the same vehicle. Ultimately, we went with Mungenast based on our previous experience. The Professionalism to get a deal done by Brian Bullerdick the Manager, the patience that Becky had for our 3 day shopping experience due to the presence of a toddler, the straight talk - no games discussion with the Finance Manager Mike Baek and the thoroughness of the delivery by Ashley Landuyt all combined o make Mungenast our dealer of choice. Although the experiences with each individual named was outstanding, I think it is indicative of the overall dealership mentality. Treat the customer fairly, let them know that they are appreciated and respected and you will get repeat business, loyal customers and referrals. We will be shopping for another vehicle within the year and you better believe Mungenast Lexus will head our list. More

The minute price negotiations started he was a different person-- it was my first car buying experience and I brought my parents along to help. Not only was Fred rude to me, but to my parents as well- treating us like we were idiots, aggressively talking down to us. I am in sales myself, and my clients don't speak to me the way he did-- even on a bad day. We were so insulted we walked out and ended up finding a cheaper price on the same car (clean car fax) with much lower mileage. After that experience, I would have happily purchased a lesser car for more money to avoid speaking to Fred ever again- let alone spending any money with him or Mungenast. Absolutely disgusting- I won't be returning. More

He did not pressure us to make that once in a life time now or never hard sale. I looked and drove all your competitors and decided between two vehicles. Then when we returned he was once again a joy to deal with. They had the model we wanted on the floor room, we drove a similar model and a BMW they also had there. Then we began the negotiation phase. The part I hate the most because I always feel cheated and pressured. This did not happen to us this time. A very pleasant surprise. Nate was wonderful, gave us a fair price for our trade in, and the new car. While we discussed prices he had finance investigate our options. We initially were going to pay cash but with such excellent rate felt we should finance it through you. Ashly Landuyt was exceptional. She was enthusiastic about all the awesomeness of our new Lexus. She seemed more excited than we were. She was informative and pleasant. Really made us feel comfortable with the main and necessary features of our vehicle, and all the cool features. She made sure my smart phone was blue tooth connected and Satellite radio set up. She really make the learning curve easy. The system has many features and knowing them with basic essential navigation through menus will enhance my experience over the next few weeks. She made me feel comfortable in emailing or coming back by to get advanced training or answer questions as they arise. She is definitely a great asset. Overall Nate and Ashley made what I feel is usually the worst thing I have to do as an adult into a most pleasant experience. Thank you for that. What a GREAT car buying experience After searching online for awhile, I stopped in on a whim to look at a couple RX 350's that were on the used lot. I went inside and every person I interacted with was friendly and made me feel at ease. Every other car buying experience I've had before has been high pressure and STRESSFUL. Not here! As our price negotiations were going on I stopped and thought to myself, wow this is actually a GOOD experience. I was treated with respect by my salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. Becky answered all my questions and cannot say enough good things about how I was treated. The waiting area is very comfortable. I had no problem hanging out there. Free snacks and drinks. Very nice. Mike in finance, did a great job when it came time to pay. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Before I left they reviewed the vehicle with me and answered all my questions about the controls, options, bells and whistles. I would buy my next vehicle from Mungenast. This is the way car buying should be. Fun and relaxing. More

Pleasant experience I received my new 2014 Lexus in March 31st and my salesperson Nate Hopson was helpful and understanding to my situation. My Lexus which was a special order in hopes that after my husband's health improved, he would be able to benefit from the updated model. We were trading in our 2013 Lexus. My husband passed away on March 8th, the same week that the 2014 model was delivered to your dealership. Needless to say I was not able to move on with purchasing the new vehicle but was assured that when I was ready give a call. Nate Hopson was very kind and he sent a sympathy card as well. The process of purchasing a car was totally new and frightening to me however Nate was very helpful and walk me through the whole process in a kind and understanding manner. I was assured that he gave me the best trade-in value and his responses to my questions and fears were well addressed. This is the second car within an 18 month period that we have purchased with Nate acting as the salesperson.
