Dissapointed This was my first purchase in the Lexus brand, and it may be my last. I was very dissapointed in the overall service. THe salesman was nice, but then became clueless when the Sales support (Delivery/Finance/Service) were not up to very high standards. The delivery coordinator was high pressure on accessory sales, and rude. The Finance manager was high pressure, and blatenly lied when trying to sell a warranty. He stated unless I bought the extended warranty, my Hybrid system would not be covered. This is not true the hybrid system is covered, for an extended period, standard. After this bad experience this was followed up by a very service department, when I went to get the Body Side Moldings put on I was pressured into purchasing, Susan was not responsive once she got the sale, and Alex was unhelpful at resolving the issue. The service department was pretty rude, which was suprising they invested so much into a astetically pleasing sercice department and their people were so rude. More

As with any type of large purchases, there is a lot of moving parts on the back end to make a deal happen, but the team at Mungenast made it completely transparent to us, with a no BS approach. After a series of lackluster sales experiences at other dealerships, Brian really came through for me. I had a very difficult vehicle situation working against me and limited resources to correct it. Combine this with a particular set of vehicle requirements and i had a recipe for disappointment. Brian made it work. I received fair and reasonable payment options and great terms on a fantastic new ES350. I also praise him for bringing the "Lexus Experience" to me even though I was difficult after so many challenges with my prior car. The statement "Mungenast makes the difference" resonates with me as I write this review. Allow yourself the experience as well. Thanks Brian!!!! More
