Nate agreed it was the quickest deal he has done. It's all because he knows that I'm a straight forward customer, he gets me a fair price, and the deal gets done. The decision was made easy for me ever since I started visiting Munganest Lexus and dealing with Matt Wiese in service. Matt works for the customer, not against them. He is very knowledgeable and very timely. He worked with Lexus to get my car repaired in a professional manor. I have many other makes and models such as Mercedes and BMW, but indivduals such as Matt make me want to stay loyal to Lexus. At most other dealerships, service advisors hardly ever call you or return your calls. However, that is not the case with Munganest and Matt. Keep it up! More
