Quality vehicle with great customer service. We were please by the customer service at Mungenast Lexus at St. Louis from the time we walked in the door. We were promptly greeted and introduced to Nate Hopson. He listened to our needs and provided 2 quality vehicles for us to test drive. He answered questions and provided important information. He was never pushy and gave us time to decide if we wanted to purchase a vehicle. We test drove the Lexus RX350 and NX. Both vehicles have a smooth, quiet ride and handle extremely well. We loved the sportiness of the NX but decided to purchase the RX350 for the extra room. Nate introduced us to Bric Flint in the Finance Department who was very friendly and informative. Louis was very informative about how to use the technology in the vehicle. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Our experience at this dealership was very pleasant and we would definitely work with them again in the future. More
