At the last minute, I changed my mind and decided on a car he had on the floor. There was some misunderstanding about the price, which was $2000 higher than we had been discussing. After some negotiation, he found a dealer's discount which lowered the previously discussed price by about $1500 (I never knew exactly where that came from, but didn't want to ask too much about it). In the end, I am happy with the car, the price, Mark and the dealership. More

I even received a phone call from Ray Mungenast himself, thanking me for being a customer. Steve Zitko, our salesman, was the best, and made us feel comfortable, answering every question we had. I also have two other cars, a Mercedes Benz and a Porsche. Those dealerships fall a very distant second and third compared to Mungenast. I have been dealing with Mungenast for almost twenty years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Service folks have always made me feel comfortable and provide a loaner to drive if I need to leave my car for an extended period. Every person in the dealership is laser focused on the customer.
