Last month, we purchased 2018 Honda Odyssey from Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis on Manchester Road. For real their customer service is of premium quality like Lexus Automobiles. All the staff at this dealership was very courteous and we felt welcomed at all times. Especially the sales person who worked with us, Steve Zitko, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional at the same time. At times, it felt like as he’s working for us! We took our sweet time when we took this vehicle for a test drive. Not to mention, my wife checked the van from every possible angle. Not any point during our negotiation we felt pressured. In fact our experience was so good that I felt obligated to write this review. The final paper work was fast. I think it took less than 30 minutes. And finally we drove back in our (actually, her) Honda Odyssey Van. Over all excellent customer service!! More
