Just traded in a Jeep for a Lexus RX on Saturday. What a nice experience. Was easy to test drive and get appraisal on current car. Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My only negative comment would be it took too long because everyone was so friendly and my wife wanted to keep talking to everyone. I worked with Mark Herwitz at Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis. Mark was really really great. I didn't have a ton of time to spend there and knew pretty much what I was interested in. He located a great Louis. Mark was really really great. I didn't have a ton of time to spend there and knew pretty much what I was interested in. He located a great option for me and got everything done quickly. He was informative, helpful, kind, honest, and candid. Didn't try to push me into something that wasn't right for me, but listened and helped me find the right car. I ended up buying a GX 460 and I am very happy with it. More
