Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis

We visited Mungenast Lexus on a busy Friday intending to test drive an RX350. Nate showed us a demo and I fell in love with it. My wife needed to try driving it and went back on Saturday and agreed the RX35 test drive an RX350. Nate showed us a demo and I fell in love with it. My wife needed to try driving it and went back on Saturday and agreed the RX350 would be within our means. Monday, March 7, we sat with Nate to work out a deal. He told us that sticker price is the final price, which upset my wife a little. No negotiating whatsoever! I convinced her I wanted the RX350 anyway. We were told that an allocation request would be entered for the exact car we desired. We were also told it could easily take anywhere from two to around 6 weeks for the car to be delivered, making it around late April or early May. Our vehicle finally was delivered to us on June 7, just shy of twelve weeks from date of putting down a deposit. Had we been told that delivery could take up to 3 months, we probably would have gone elsewhere. Other than the long wait for delivery, Nate was a pleasure to work with. Bric was also great in finance. He made everything flow well and it only took us about 15 minutes to finalize the sale. I'm still giving Mungenast 5 stars despite the long wait, and we are looking forward to having our vehicle serviced there. If anyone reading this review plans to purchase a Lexus, you might want to get better clarity on delivery times for the model you select. More
