I ordered a GX550 through Mungenast Lexus and Mike Medlin was my salesman. This model currently takes anywhere from 4-7 months to match an allocation, and Mike did a good job of keeping me informed through was my salesman. On purchase day, Mike had everything lined up for a quick and easy transaction. I had a great experience at Mungenast and Mike was a big reason why. Dakota Grishom was awesome! He wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Even though two of the cars I had originally picked were sold just minutes before I could do anyt He wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Even though two of the cars I had originally picked were sold just minutes before I could do anything (talk about bad timing!), he stayed positive and made the whole experience as smooth and painless as possible. Despite the initial disappointment, he turned it into something that felt special—like I wasn’t losing out on two cars, but actually getting the one that was meant for me. And honestly, I was shocked to find out he’s new to car sales! He’s so natural at it, it feels like he’s been doing this all his life. I’m so glad he was our sales agent. My overall experience with Mungenast was exceptional. I think the company did a great job hiring the right people, because everyone I’ve dealt with so far has been super helpful!
