2nd Trade In from Mullinax After talking over a year about trading our Mercury Grand Marquis in, we decided with no planning to drive back to Cleveland TN on Saturday afternoon After talking over a year about trading our Mercury Grand Marquis in, we decided with no planning to drive back to Cleveland TN on Saturday afternoon out of boredom (3hr drive for us from Kingsport, TN) to see what Mullinax Lincoln had, with really no intention of buying...just looking. After 2-3 hrs of talking to David Ware and a nice test drive with Starbucks coffee compliments of David, we left our 2nd and last Mercury trade in we bought in 2009 from them with a Black 2013 Lincoln MKT SUV! It has all the bells and whistles we wanted and more! We were very pleased with the no-pressure, relaxed atmosphere and trade experience, even after we were very straight forward of what we were looking for in a vehicle and what price range we insisted on. At the same time we were somewhat overwhelmed at how fast it all happened! We have no regrets dealing with Mullinax and their staff and they will make sure your experience is what we had, if not more! More

I have purchased two vechiles from Mullinax Lincoln over the last five years and I have used their fantastic service center since then as well. I had specific needs on the last trade/purchase and I did not think those needs would be budget friendly. However, the sales manager (Jeff Henry), the owner (Cindy Mullinax Castelow) , and my favorite salesman (David Ware) not only found the right vechile for me, they exceeded my expectations. Jeff researched and found the vechile, Cindy made sure it was budget friendly, the guys in the service center made sure it was a safe/reliable used car, Melanie gave me rides until my vechile was ready, and David made sure I was happy with and could confidently operate the vechile before turning it over to me. How is that for service! I keep going back to Mullinax Lincoln because they look out for the customers best interest and I know that I will receive a fair deal with exceptional service.
