They weren't pushy and I wasn't there all day for negotiations and paperwork. Since then, I have brought my car back to their service department for regular service and am so impressed with the work they do at such a great price! More

Best total experience of my life From the first moment I set foot of the lot, Walt Dacheux had a smile and warm, friendly welcome for me; no hurry, no push., no pressure of any kind. From the first moment I set foot of the lot, Walt Dacheux had a smile and warm, friendly welcome for me; no hurry, no push., no pressure of any kind. I saw several cars, and finally identified the one I preferred. Rather than starting negotiation, Walt did not mentioned price at all. He simply started to demonstrates the many functions of the car, explaining each one simply but comprehensively. . After comparing this car within others within a 100 miles range and reviewing several web sites of several auto analysts, I returned with my older son, and Walt reviewed again the many, diverse functions, slowly and methodically. Afterward, we took it out and r in all kinds of traffic and gave it a tough workout, pay attention to transmission balance, handling and comfort; in short it road as if we were just floating along. The ride sold the car. Now, we faced the hard part, finding a reasonable. price. We were prepared for touch negotiations. We had compared all elements of the car to those offered by competitors, and set our purchase limits; prepared to walk away, if necessary or if the dealer pushed too hard..We need not have bothered! A few minutes of quiet and reasonable discussion, with both parties expressing views, Walt and I had narrowed our price difference significantly, and then GM Lonnie Jones offered some helpful clarifications, and within minutes with no pressure whatsoever from us or them, we shook hands on a deal. My son and I were delighted ! In a flash, I heard business manager,Jeff Henry,slowly and accurately review all the financial terms, commenting succintley as each cost item was carefully examined. In the meantime, Walt had gathered the owners manual, illustrations of the auto's many functions, and other very helpful documents, emphasining he would be available immediately to help me with any difficulty. The entire transaction took less than an hour, and we left very happy and satisfied. David Ware was our first contact, who was down to earth and made us feel very relaxed. He gave us the keys to test drive a Lincoln MKX, which we fell in love with. We decided not to go anywhere else, as we felt confident in dealing with David. We waited for a 2018 model to arrive, then David allowed us to drive the vehicle to our house to find out if it would fit into our garage, which it did fit! We did not like the color of the vehicle, so the manager, Jeff Henry, located the color we wanted, but it was out of state and would not be there for several days. Mr. Henry made us feel confident that he could help us in finding the right vehicle at the right price. He explained all of the details of leasing vs. purchasing a vehicle. We decided to lease a 2017 Lincoln MKX, which was our best decision! We signed the papers the same day with, Lonnie Jones, who was also very friendly and accommodating throughout the process! We drove home with the best Christmas present ever!!! Our overall experience at Mullinax Lincoln was excellent! More

Great experience with great people! I went into the dealership looking to buy a nice used Lincoln.
