Bren was great. I sent out email requests to many Ford Dealerships explaining exactly what I did and did and didn't want and how I wanted to make the deal on the internet and not have to come in to haggle Dealerships explaining exactly what I did and did and didn't want and how I wanted to make the deal on the internet and not have to come in to haggle with a dealer. Bren gave me the specific details and was quite clear in the pricing and what he had to offer. He made it hassle free and a fairly easy process. The only slight negative I had with my buying experience was there was a gal that was there to assist me when I picked up my car because Bren was not going to be in when I came to pick up my car. She was nice but she did seem to struggle a little with programming of the Sync system. Additionally she forgot to give me my second key. I didn't realize this till I got home and I called to ask about it - she said she forgot it in her pocket. She didn't really make any offer to bring it to me at work or such so I said I'd come get it the next day. But the more I thought about it I didn't want to waste my gas so I emailed Bren and asked if he mailed it to me at home which he did promptly. The other thing with her that rubbed me the wrong way was she told me that I'd be getting this survey and that I needed to be sure to fill it out and give her and Bren all 5 star ratings - that a 4 wouldn't be acceptable. It is my firm belief that you get a great rating by the service you provide not by asking for it. Bren deserved the rating - he did a great job. More

We should have received a little extra compensation (not much) i.e. a little break on purchase prices or throwing in free window tinting for both cars, maybe extra floor mats - a little additional benefit would have been a nice notion from the dealership. However, we were told ABSOLUTELY NO by the salesman, as it wasn't allowed. His explanation was Mullinax Ford is an upfront pricing dealership and the price, etc is non-negotiable. We didn't find that to be very accommodating since we were purchasing two cars ………. AND would we consider purchasing another vehicle(s) in the future OR recommending the dealership to others, we don’t know….. 2) my mother-in-law didn't appreciate the salesman smoking while on duty. It didn't offend me or my husband, but she was very turned off about it. 3) After signing the paperwork for my mother-in-law's new car, the salesman drove us to the gas station to fill up tank. We thought this should have been handled prior to turning car over to us. 4) lastly, once we were on our way home, we noticed it was very difficult to see out the back rear windows. There was a heavy film on BOTH back windows. This should have been taken care of while be detailed prior to delivery to us. More

Unlike another local Ford dealer I went to who threw a figure at me without any explanation on how he got there. No explanation of rebates or loyalty factors. It was not the out the door price No haggle price is another good feature, shopping at Mullinix Ford. Once we left the dealership with our car Rob stayed in touch and help us with some questions on the car. I feel he is very sincere and would help us three months from now if we had a problem. We would like to mention how helpful Lou Benedetto was with the extended warranty and the finances related to our purchase. He gave us very good advice which we utilized.
