BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I purchased a "certified pre-owned" 2013 ford fusion from this dealership. And the very next day I TROUBLE AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I purchased a "certified pre-owned" 2013 ford fusion from this dealership. And the very next day I found scratched, chips and dings all in the paint. The leather seat had a hole in it, the trunk doesn't stay up, it falls down and hit you on the head. So, I calmly went back to speak with my salesman, Billy, about all of this and he acted like he didn't even know who I was. He gave me the run around and told me "well, we're not going to fix this because this is going to happen to the vehicle anyways." So i requested to speak to the used car sales manager and he walks out and talks to the salesman in private and then they walk back inside together. My salesman returned and said nope, we're not fixing it. So i said "well its only been a few days, I DON"T WANT THIS CAR ANYMORE" he told me there was nothing I could do about it. I am currently in the process with ford directly because this incompetent dealership will not help me. I PAID: 26,000 DOLLARS FOR THIS VEHICLE!!!!! And they are treating their customers horribly!!!!! I will be telling absolutely EVERYONE I can about this experience and to NEVER EVER go to Mullinax Ford!!!! More
