Better not ask for a trade in appraisal So I set an appointment here to get a written trade in appraisal as I have at 4 other dealerships this month, drive over at the agreed upon time and m So I set an appointment here to get a written trade in appraisal as I have at 4 other dealerships this month, drive over at the agreed upon time and meet with the sales rep I had been speaking do. He takes a look at my car and turns the keys over to his manager(you know, the usual process). Manager takes it on a drive, gets back and parks it in an entirely different spot in the dealership. No big deal I think to myself, probably just easier for him. Sales rep comes back out and tells me what they want to offer me for it, which is by far the lowest offer I have gotten on it. Curious as I know he didnt even do so much as a walk around on the car, I ask the sales rep what the reason was for the valuation and he says he doesnt know but I can talk to him if I want. Sales rep brings me to his office where he immediately looks irritated that I am asking questions and tells us the reason for the low valuation is because that's what the car is selling for and that's 100% why. Me, doing quite a bit of homework on the matter, ask for further clarification and get the exact same answer. I ask if I can get the quote in writing and he looks at us like we are crazy, and asks if we want him to just like write it on a piece of paper. I say no thank you I'll just take my keys and I walk out and get in my car and drive off. My favorite part was I texted back the sales rep about how unprofessional the whole interaction was and he responds "I'm sorry to hear about that Brian". My name is Tyler, which had been said to him plenty before that. No one even asked me if I was looking to purchase(which I am) which I thought was pretty funny. Maybe they would have handled it differently if they knew I was looking to spend 50k. More

Airbag Recall Mullinax is not interested in the airbag safety recall. Ford Corporate says the parts are available, however, Mullinax first said Ford Corporate sent Mullinax is not interested in the airbag safety recall. Ford Corporate says the parts are available, however, Mullinax first said Ford Corporate sent the wrong parts, then they said the parts are not available. There is no communication problem with Ford Corporate. Advantage Ford of Stuart Florida had the airbag parts in stock and replaced the airbag parts for both airbags in less than one hour. More

Recall fix I have an appointment at 9:00. I was told it would be done in less than 2 hours. By the time I left it was 3 1/2 hours. Went to technicians desk to se I have an appointment at 9:00. Went to technicians desk to see what was taking so long after 3 hours and my paperwork was sitting on the desk. Paperwork said it was done 30 mins prior. Unacceptable More

Easiest Car Purchase Ever I knew I wanted a new Expedition, so it was a matter of test driving the latest model & then just picking which one I liked best. They have a great we I knew I wanted a new Expedition, so it was a matter of test driving the latest model & then just picking which one I liked best. They have a great website, so I was able to just walk in, discuss the different features with the salesperson and pick which car I wanted. The had it at their Apopka location, so it was driven down the next day & that was it. I loved not having to haggle for hours over my trade-in (they gave me a great price) or dealer fees. The transferred my title, and even told me about the rebates I could get that I didn't know about. I would absolutely recommend Mullinax! More
