Purchased a new F150 from Mullinax and during my last service visit(12-12-19) I asked the service rep about a problem with the rearview mirror. He said it was under warranty but that he had to send in p service visit(12-12-19) I asked the service rep about a problem with the rearview mirror. He said it was under warranty but that he had to send in pictures for approval and would call me when he got the approval. After 10 days pasted I called and he told me to call back in a week. 7 months later over 10 calls, texts and numerous emails(including to the service manager) they have done nothing to help me. More

The vehicle was checked out by the dealer and looked great however there was only 1 key, I was assured by Scott that it would be no problem getting an additional key. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle my starter and alternator went out costing me over $1000 plus towing to my mechanic. I called Scott and asked him about my 2nd key and he said he was on it and would contact me right away. I also mentioned that the vehicle had to be repaired at my expense and he was apologetic. So here we are over 1 month after my purchase and I get an email from Scott asking me to refer him to my friends and business associates. You have got to be kidding me, so I emailed him back about the key and he says call Katie at service and leave the truck there for a few hours to program the new key. Nothing was ever mentioned about leaving my truck there for a key. This truck is for my business and I cannot have it out of commission even for an hour. On the good side of this I did meet the owner of the dealership that day and he was a very nice guy. Just wanted to make sure this does not happen to anyone else regarding getting a key.... More

I Was told I would not get all the rebates listed unless I finance through Ford motor credit at 6.9 ot 7.9%, (I can get cheaper on the street corner especially when my credit score is 765) but then after a few months I could go to my bank and refinance. If I wanted the 0% at 84 months that all the dealers are advertising I would not get all of the rebates listed. Bear in mind it does not say this policy ANYWHERE on their site where the car was showed. If I'm going to pay $40000 for a truck i'll get the truck i REALLY want... Typical car dealer bait and switch scam. DONT DEAL WITH THEM More

Was a 165-mile drive for us to test drive and purchase, so I was concerned that I might get there and find it already sold. WALDO FLORES arranged a refundable deposit to assure me that it would be there when we arrived. The car was there; it was PRICED RIGHT; and NO DEALER FEES. (We had looked at a similar model at a dealer in Venice FL. who wanted $2,300.00 in add-ons and fees. That was a deal killer) The vehicle at Mullinax was exactly as advertised. We were given the keys for a test drive without a salesperson. (We actually got lost, but figured out the GPS system to find our way back.) Our only problem was it was for the wife and she had been driving a higher trim model and felt this one was not as well-appointed, and would have been a "step down" for her. No fault of Mullinax. Waldo Flores worked with us in every way. and did not press us to look at other vehicles. He politely returned our deposit. Even tho we did not purchase the vehicle, we could not have had a more pleasant dealership experience. More
