Went two times to go see a specific truck and it wasn't there! On a Saturday and a Tuesday driving from Tacoma. The first day it was getting a dent fixed and the second was waiting on a panel. I wrote them telling them they could take the truck offline until it is available. Ohh the second time I had scheduled a test drive. In comparison there was a truck in Puyallup I wanted to see but there was a leak and it was at the muffler shop. Instantly the guy offered to drive me to the vehicle so I can check it out. Honestly every car dealership I've been to from Puyallup to Elma has been going far and above this place. Large down payment and great credit...what is wrong with them? More

Very easy and comfortable experience overall. Our salesman was Gordon. He was down to earth and sincere. He helped us find exactly what we’re looking for which was an F150..
