Jeff was great, lots of communication all through out the almost year process of me trying to figure out what I want to finally ordering a vehicle to the waiting game. Ford it’s self is horrible. How are you going to tell customers that you have sourced all the parts to make their vehicle., start production and then for the following 6 months tell them it’s in a chip hold. Give them 3 different dates of delivery and miss both of them. How do you even say it’s shipped and miss the delivery date after shipping?? Ford really needs to get their xxxx together and do better for the every day consumer. More

Great service buying a used car. Love their no haggle pricing (and very fair price), and they gave me a very good value on my trade. Unfortunately, too, their license plate frames are really ugly, so you need to spend money to replace them. (I otherwise leave the dealer frames on when I buy a car, usually for years, when they are an unobtrusive color, but these are bright yellow.) More
