I met with Dave Smith, one of the salesman at Mullinax, and he couldn't have been more friendly and easy to deal with. No upsells, no gimmicks...he is the first honest car salesman I have met! He arranged to pick up the car I selected from another dealer and drove it down to Olympia for me to pick up. With all the options I was hoping for, I expected to have to wait weeks, and in actuality it only took a couple of days. The car itself is a dream!! It is all I hoped for and more. Dave even called a few days after my purchase to make sure things were going smoothly. The financial paperwork was mostly painless, and very well organized. It took about half an hour to get everything finalized. This is the only negative part of my review--while she was excellent otherwise, the woman I was signing the papers with told me that I "needed to ask my fiance about that" after I declined an extended warranty. I know it was a last ditch effort at a sale, but I will be paying for this car (and the warranty if I had selected one), and I was the one signing the paperwork. I didn't like the implication that I would need "permission" from the man in my life to decline a warranty. That being said, I am floored at how wonderful my experience with this dealership was. I highly recommend them for your next car purchase. More

Excellent no pressure experience buying Fords Olympia. Took my wife into Westside dealership to look at 2016 Ford Escape's. I was impressed with the way current salesmen conducted themselves.
