The usual "oh sorry, we just sold that one" doesn't happen here. My salesman, Juan, was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was a pleasure to work with. Best dealership experience, EVER! I did have 2 issues. When I picked my vehicle up the final prep person missed that all 4 tires were under inflated by 10 lbs each. Not nice to send a truck out like that. Second issue is that the finance guy tried to tell me things that were blatantly wrong. And he gave me incorrect interest rate information that caused me to finance through Harborstone CU. When I went to my own credit union (who I told them I wanted to finance through) they gave me a half a percent less interest rate and I had to refinance (with extra fees). So, go in knowing what your financing is up front and you will get a great deal at Mullinax. More
