Decent customer service when they know what they are doing. My experience was with Brian. He was okay personable and friendly but a little too pushy. I brought up a concern during test drive with transmission j My experience was with Brian. He was okay personable and friendly but a little too pushy. I brought up a concern during test drive with transmission jerking and again 24 hrs later and was told it was normal.except it wasn't normal and .u clutch and transmission were recalled and continued having issues with my car. I feel lied to. However... Service staff were always very helpful, unfortunately I was there so much that we all joked about putting a cot in the office for me to sleep. Overall 4/5 stars only cause the fiesta was the worst car I've ever owned. More
