He was completely transparent and carefull I purchased a new Fusion 2016 from Mullinax and Brian Casper managed my trade in and ford credit financing. I was greatly helped when i was in a bind I was in a bind, i had to go out of town and could not make it in to the dealership when my old car broke down on me. He was extremely helpful, texting me pics of car while I was out of town and dealing with me mostly through telephone and text until I could get back into town. When i arrived to town, i was dropped off at Mullinax and signed papers for my new car and drove away. Easiest car purchase I've ever experienced.
