This was one of the worst experiences with a dealership, eve The purchase process was fine. I got the car home and it was undriveable. I purchased the extra warranty for the car but when it came down to using The purchase process was fine. I got the car home and it was undriveable. I purchased the extra warranty for the car but when it came down to using it, I could not get a straight answer. I had a new to me car and could not drive it for two weeks. I spoke to someone who said that he was the "general manager" He had no clue on what I should do. He suggested that I speak to the finance person. I made MANY calls to finance, the salesman and the "GM" they were never returned. It was the Chevrolet dealer in Everett that sorted out the unprofessional details. They were the people that got me back on the road. More
