This had to be one of the most transparent and the best customer service my wife and I have ever experienced. Absolutely felt no stress and didn’t feel any pressure to do something we weren’t comfortable with. I’m from the Olympia area but we had an appointment in Seattle to buy the same exact car but was told it’d be $2000 less up there. So my wife and I decided to at least go to our local dealership just to look at the car to make sure it was something we wanted before heading an hour to Seattle. After talking with Nick and him letting my wife test drive the car we knew we wanted it. Nick was absolutely honest with us about the benefits of getting the car there. He even went as far to let my wife and I talk for 45 minutes and weigh our options. When it really came down to it I honestly believe the reason why we got it there is because of Nick’s customer service and the way the whole Mullinax Family treated us. They definitely have a lifetime long customer with my wife and I. We absolutely would recommend them to anyone shopping around for a vehicle! Then I saw the Ford Escape and really liked it. When I met Brian he was open, easy going, answered all my questions and did not push me at all. He allowed me to just look and ask and did not push the selling point. By doing this I was more open to the possibility of getting a new car. Brian allowed the benefits of the car to speak for themselves. He was very supportive in the way I needed to make a decision. Brian treated me a a friend and I like that. The rest of the crew was equally easy going and supportive of whatever I wanted. Great experience More

A Year Ago I Bought a F-350 I was driving a F150. Drove by the lot, and saw 3 F-350's...just the truck I was looking for. Stopped in, told Nick what I was interested in...3 hou I was driving a F150. Drove by the lot, and saw 3 F-350's...just the truck I was looking for. Stopped in, told Nick what I was interested in...3 hours later, I was driving my dream. Use the truck to pull our 5th wheel; perfect. Big diesel...some said how can you afford diesel? Told 'em if I was worried about mileage, I'd a bought a Subaru! Needed power for the long climbs over the Rockies; short pulls to the beach, and everything in b etween. Nick and the folks made the purchase easy. Gave me top dollar for the old F-150, and was able to agree on a price, with service contract to extend my warranty. Top notch group, especially Nick. Was easy to work with, knew his job and exceeded my expectations. Will be talking to him soon about an "around town" dog carrier vehicle! More
