I went in for some repairs on my 2003 Ford truck and ended purchasing a new Ford F-150 after talking to Craig. I didn’t really expect to purchase a truck. I didn’t think I could afford what I wanted, but did exactly that after talking to Craig. He is a straight shooter, understood what I wanted and found the exact truck I was looking for even though it wasn’t sitting on the lot the day I was there. I couldn’t ask for more. I ended up closing the deal with Big Mike. Again, straight shooting, no hassles and no pressure. I have been to dealerships across America from Alaska to Georgia. This had to be one of the most transparent and the best customer service my wife and I have ever experienced. Absolutely felt no stress and didn’t feel any pressure to do something we weren’t comfortable with. I’m from the Olympia area but we had an appointment in Seattle to buy the same exact car but was told it’d be $2000 less up there. So my wife and I decided to at least go to our local dealership just to look at the car to make sure it was something we wanted before heading an hour to Seattle. After talking with Nick and him letting my wife test drive the car we knew we wanted it. Nick was absolutely honest with us about the benefits of getting the car there. He even went as far to let my wife and I talk for 45 minutes and weigh our options. When it really came down to it I honestly believe the reason why we got it there is because of Nick’s customer service and the way the whole Mullinax Family treated us.
