I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mullinax. When we first decided to purchase a Ford, we originally got a salesperson on Pacific that basically brushed us off. We then drove to West Olympia and worked with Jason Pospisil. We like him so much that we have purchased 3 vehicles with him. He knows his product and history. We talked about how Ford used to have a bad reputation and he explained the changes you've gone through the years and now Ford is one of the better vehicles. If we had any questions about additional parts/accessories he knew the answers and helped us with those purchases as well. He spent a lot of time with us during all of our visits there, and was always attentive and polite. Also lots of fun. I will recommend Jason to anyone I know who's interested in buying a new/used vehicle. More

2018 Mustang GT purchase I bought a new Mustang GT from Mullinax Ford in Janurary of 2018. The sales person was Jason Pospisil. The day that I initially stopped by the dealer I bought a new Mustang GT from Mullinax Ford in Janurary of 2018. The sales person was Jason Pospisil. The day that I initially stopped by the dealership there was very heavy rain. Jason met me when I pulled onto the lot wearing full raingear. Really not a good day to look at car. I was in Olympia doing other errands though and I wanted get some basic information so I could compare pricing and options etc. on various Mustang models. Jason and I spent a half hour or so on the lot. He new his products well, answered my questions thoroughly, and was not pushy at all. This to me was great customer service and it was a big plus. The weather was so miserable I didn't bother to test drive any, but when I left I had a pretty good feel for what was available. They had about 20 Mustangs in stock. All were listed on their website with a detailed description of each along with a firm price. With the information on the web-site, what Jason told me, and their large selection I could easily select the vehicle I wanted using my computer in my own home. I called Jason a few days later when the weather was better and gave him the stock number of the car I was interested in. When I arrived at the lot an hour or so later Jason was waiting and the car ready for a test drive. We closed the deal in about a half hour or 45 minutes. This was without a doubt the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. I don't recall their names, but people in the office that processed the paperwork for the sale were all very friendly, efficient, and professional as well. I'm completely satisfied with my transaction. I reccomend Jason Pospisil without reservstion to anyone considering the purchase of vehicle. More
