During our most recent purchase, they could have made a sale easy with a vehicle that would have been inoperable in the matter of days but they didn't. When they discovered the problems with the first used vehicle, they notified us and then sold us a better one for a reasonable price. In the past they took care of our needs first. We have a long history with the dealership and they took care of us every time. We always went to them first for our vehicle purchases. More

Third time is the charm, We bought our first flex in 2015. Brian was so helpful in his knowledge of computer systems, he became our trusted expert. We called him and dropped in to talk with him over the next year as we learned about our car. But like so many we became fickle and Casper was there to find us a brand new truck! We didn’t even give him a heads up, we just showed up. He is always the same, calm, cool and collected. We trust him, he knows the different vehicles, what’s on the lot, how much we can spend and he just puts it together perfectly. So 1 year later we traded in the truck for another flex! And once again Casper was not only up to the task, but EXCELLED, we are keeping this one. Thank you Casper for making it so easy to make these purchases.
