THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! My fiancé just bought his car from there,to start with Several employees were at the counter making fun of a customer and laughing about her reasoning My fiancé just bought his car from there,to start with Several employees were at the counter making fun of a customer and laughing about her reasoning for bringing her car in!!! When he purchased the vehicle it came with a warranty, he also purchased an extended warranty that we were told covered everything but the seals and gaskets by one of the women in the finance department, after having the car for only six days we notice the rear defrost did not work, I made an appointment we brought the car in only to be given the runaround, when they did the diagnostic they told us that there was a melted fuse box and that was causing the rear defrost not to work then proceeded to tell us that it was going to cost us $276 , we question this as we have the warrantees and that is considered electrical you would think , not there they said that was one of the electrical parts that were not covered. It took them five days to fix it during this time he made three phone calls I made two myself trying to find out what was going on,the people on the phone or rude very rude and just kept passing us to other people.When he left messages for this service guy to call he never got return calls we were told several times he is not at his desk ! When the guy finally did call back two days later he left a message to have my fiancée called him back , He called him back five minutes later and again no answer no call back!!!!! We finally went in today to pick the car up everyone in there was very rude as if we were bothering them !!!!! I’ve been in customer service for a very long time and never have I seen such poor customer service!!!!! When we got home, he called the warranty place only to find out the finance lady added the wrong warranty and the one she added does not cover wiring!!!!! More
