As expected we were approached as soon as we walked up to the front of the building; what I didn't expect was to be ushered directly to Erick whom had responded to my online inquiry. We were immediately put at ease when Erick began to explain the Mullinax philosophy and how they work there. He was on top of everything, and aside from waiting on the paperwork to be prepared, this was the fastest car buying experience ever. Erick made sure we knew everything about the paperwork, he went over the carfax report with us, and everything was exactly what they told us the first time. I plan to recommend Mullinax to everyone I can get to listen; I have already posted pictures on FB with the Mullinax license plate frame shining in the sun. More
