Initial email communication with Juan (Sales Manager) was fast and helpful. We probably exchanged a dozen email before I decided to come in. My sales rep was Jonathan and in all honesty, you could not find fast and helpful. We probably exchanged a dozen email before I decided to come in. My sales rep was Jonathan and in all honesty, you could not find a nicer, more knowledgeable or a man with integrity than Jonathan. One minor glitch would be the poor personality and disrespectful behavior of the finance manager that handled my paperwork. But he did get better as things went forward. There are nice sales people there, and at least they knew quite a bit about electric cars and trucks (unlike some dealerships and sales people!). They did not know the details of the Ford Charge Station Pro, that this is what enables the truck to have Bidirectional Power to your house, or that it is an 80 AMP LEVEL 2 CHARGER, or that the included installation is worth another about $1500! This led to it not being included with my truck, instead there was a small credit added. They say they cannot do anything about it, but I will keep trying until I get the charger that I need for the full functionality of my truck! More
