The part was on back order for weeks and ultimately, the decision was made by my husband and I to switch out the vehicle. Nick Mullins, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to make it right and get us into a comparable vehicle. Our salesperson Josh took care of all of the minor details and helped us make a smooth transition into the replacement vehicle. Our finance guy Zack redid the paperwork quickly and was still friendly and upbeat as he was the previous sale. We were in and out within an hour. HORRIBLE SERVICE I was turned away because they said my car was out of warranty, but guess what RON NORRIS FORD says otherwise! I went in on Tuesday, 01/06/2021 for a scheduled appointment because my clutc car was out of warranty, but guess what RON NORRIS FORD says otherwise! I went in on Tuesday, 01/06/2021 for a scheduled appointment because my clutch was replaced 01/17/2020 due to faulty Ford clutches put in Ford Focuses and when I arrived the service rep I spoke with asked me my miles and when I told him 93k he said sorry it's out of warranty & refused to assist me. So I walked to my car & called Ron Norris Ford Titusville (I provided Mullinax Service the actual documents I was given by Ron Norris Ford when checking in with my VIN #', etc...and the service rep didn't even bother to CHECK MY VIN) the service tech Jay at Ron Norris Ford was amazing he immediately said my vehicle has an extended warranty by Ford due to my issues and I have an appointment with Ron Norris Ford Service in Titusville on Tuesday 01/12/2021. I'm so disgusted because I should not have to drive almost 100 miles south of my home to obtain quality Ford service for an issue that is 112% Ford's fault because they installed faulty clutches in their vehicles. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MULLINAX FORD NEW SMYRNA BEACH FLORIDA because they are NOT helpful at all and are lazy because the Service Advisor JOHN MEGINNISS simply sent me away without even taking the time to assist me once he heard my mileage he said they wouldn't be able to assist my issue under warranty, when according to Ron Norris Ford Service in Titusville Florida that's not the issue that my vehicle shows I have an extended warranty due to the issue with my clutch. After placing a deposit on a CPO MKC, and driving 100 miles to pick it up, we were told a mistake was made and they couldn’t honor the warranty. We were also asked to pay the full amount to them and and our initial deposit would be refunded. After doing everything we could to accommodate their mistake, we’re left without receiving the return of our deposit. And several requests have gone unanswered. More
