This site showed everything for the exact vehicle I was looking for, including down Picked a Ford Transit Connect to lease thru the Ford USA website. This site showed everything for the exact vehicle I was looking for, including down payment, monthly payment etc. Checked Kelly Blue book for trade in values and average dealer retail of my leased 2061 Honda Accord. Called Honda Finance and got the payoff and lease termination cost. Felt that i was a fairly knowledgeable consumer . Also had a 2004 GMC pickup with 164000 miles which i felt was worth little or nothing. After some lengthy discussion with my salesman, the sales mgr came out and offered me a much higher lease cost than I had figured. He then stated he would go"out on a limb" and give me $20,000 for the Honda and $2000 for the truck which still resulted in a higher lease payment than i wanted. I then agreed to raise the down payment by $750.00 which brought the monthly cost more in line. I agreed to this and left as the vehicle was coming from another dealer. When I returned to pick up the Connect 3 days later, I again questioned the dollars and was told that the Ford site was intended to get me into the dealership and didn't reflect the true figures. I also questioned the base price and was shown a copy of a window sticker with an MSRP of $2000 more than I had seen. I found out later that the sticker was not for a comparable vehicle. Should I have stopped there? Absolutely; however I wanted this car so I let it go and agreed to the higher pricing. After another very lengthy delay for "paper work processing" I was told that there was some problem with the payoff of my current lease so it was going to cost another $20.00 per month or $780.00. By this time I was so fed up and frustrated I simply agreed to the deal. I have ended up paying approx. $4000.00 over list with my trade worth nothing. Love the Transit Connect. I was stupid to accept this deal and will NEVER go back or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS VERY GOOD. I DID LIKE SALESMAN. MY FIRST INDICATOR THERE COULD BE PROBLEMS CAME WHEN THE SALESMAN LOCATED A EXPLORER THAT FIT MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS VERY GOOD. I DID LIKE SALESMAN. MY FIRST INDICATOR THERE COULD BE PROBLEMS CAME WHEN THE SALESMAN LOCATED A EXPLORER THAT FIT MY PRICE RANGE AND NEEDS AT ANOTHER MULLINAX DEALER. I WAS TOLD THEY WILL BRING EXPLORER TO THIS SITE FOR ME TO LOOK AT. THE NEXT DAY I WAS CALLED AND TOLD EXPLORER HAD BEEN SOLD. I CHECKED AND THAT EXPLORER WAS ON THE OTHER LOT FOR 2 MONTHS. I WAS ENCOURAGED TO BUY AN EXPLORER ON N.E.S BEACH LOT FOR $3000 MORE. I TOLD THEM I WAS IN NO HURRY AND WOULD LOOK AROUND MORE. SURPRIZE, LATER IN DAY THE EXPLORER WAS NOT SOLD AND WILL BE HERE NEXT DAY. AFTER 3 WEEKS I WAS CHECKING OIL AND NOTICED THE PAINT ON THE VERY EDGE OF HOOD WAS FALKING UP. OXIDATION UNDER IT. DEALER SAID PAINT IS NOT UNDER ANY WARRENTY. .AFTER SOME DEBATE DEALER SAID THEY WILL REPAINT AREA FOR $200 AND WILL SET UP TIME AND DATE. WELL AFTER 2 WEEKS AND 2 EMAILS I HAVE NO APPOINTMENT SET.
