Sales Manager Told me That I was too Smart and to Leave I tried buying a mustang today. Our salesperson was very helpful and incredibly kind. However, the deal came down to a $200 trade-in difference. I tried buying a mustang today. Our salesperson was very helpful and incredibly kind. However, the deal came down to a $200 trade-in difference. Our salesperson brought over the sales manager, who was initially pleasant. However, our conversation became slightly heated as we discussed the $200. After only a few minutes of talking, the manager walked away from our negotiation. A few seconds later, however, he hollered across the showroom floor to the salesperson, asking her about tag transfers, saying to me, "There's your $200". I hollered back that I did not accept this as an answer to my initial negotiation request. In response, the manager again hollered from behind the sales counter: "You're right, you're smarter than us. You need to leave". Isn't it odd that a sales manager personalized a lousy negotiation, especially hollering his frustrations from behind the sales counter? Maybe I rubbed him the wrong way or maybe his day was terrible, either way, I think there must be a better way of dealing with customers than trying to publicly insult them. More

Ryan Zdunek was wonderful in how He treated me for the recall of my Fusion! He got me a loaner car for the time that they were fixing my Fusion and he walked me through everything! They scheduled the appo recall of my Fusion! He got me a loaner car for the time that they were fixing my Fusion and he walked me through everything! A few problems with Truck purchase this time My journey started back on 12-1-2019. I have waited to write this review because of the problems with the sale. This was my third vehicle purchased fr My journey started back on 12-1-2019. I have waited to write this review because of the problems with the sale. This was my third vehicle purchased from the NSB location. My salesman was Ryan and he did everything that he possibly could could do to help me through the process and the problems. Problem #1 When doing the credit application we had agreed that no one could beat Space Coast rates so that is who we went with, we thought. The next day the wife and I have been alerted that we now have 2 hard inquires from Wells Fargo and BB&T for credit, so I call Ryan and ask what happened. I was transferred to Darryl and I related to him that no one from finance never spoke to us during the whole transaction. He said it was normal and that they probably were rate shopping. I asked if they do this with out asking the customer. He speaks with someone from finance and now Space Coast has matched the rate. I was going to refinance either way. Now we have 3 hard inquires with one purchase. Problem 2 On 12-1-2019 We obtained a 10 day pay off on my trade in. Mullinax waited till 12-19-2019 to pay off my loan, leaving a $64+ balance on my loan. Another call to Ryan. He went above and beyond again to help rectify the problem for me. Problem 3 I refinanced on 12-13-2019 After waiting what I felt an extra 2 hours at the dealership for the paperwork to be signed. I just found out that my paperwork was done incorrectly on 1-12-2020 and my title is being held up at the dealership. If you get the guy from California doing your paperwork beware!!!!! Not sure how much trust I will have in Mullinax next time I buy a vehicle. More
