I also checked our appointment log and don't have any brake services that were not completed. We do have a shuttle service so I am not sure why it would be communicated that we do not. We could have, and should have, done a better job communicating the repair time to you. Sometimes when you get into a job, you may find that something else needs to be done to make the repair correct and it sounds like this might have been what happened in your case.
