I have purchased 2 vehicles from Mullinax in the past. I even referred people to buy from them but never again. The service department is just as important as the buying in my opinion. I'm from California, there the service advisers go over the results with you, here the hand you a bundle of paper and tell you to go pay. My vehicle had an oil change and filter change, they put the reminder sticker next to the old one and they expected me to bring the vehicle back in 3,600 miles. The manufacturer's warranty states 10,000 mile. They must think I'm dumb or something. More
I have bought multiple vehicles from Mullinax Ford and used their body shop for repairs. This go around was not a good experience. The repair shop did a fine job the issue is with the estimator. He told me my SUV would be ready on the Thursday the 4th . No call on Thursday or Friday so I e mailed him Monday and asked if there was issues or was the SUV ready. His response was not Sorry we running behind or didn't contact you. You are ready do you have a check for payment. I told him I had the payment. When I arrived to pick up the SUV the estimate he gave me was increased by $200.00 . The exact amount that the statefarm adjuster was over his amount! I asked Mr. Green why and he informed me he had to work off of the Statefarm estimate. I told him Statefarm had nothing to do with the estimate that he gave me . Then he said my headlight was $200 higher . I call it how I see it he added $200 to the bill because he knew it was paid out . I find it hard that a shop cannot get the correct price on a headlight a few day before the Statefarm adjuster showed . Very disappointed in a company I have been a loyal customer too. I gave Mr. Green a chance to adjust it back to his estimate he did not so here we are at one star! No calls to let me know he was running 4 days behind . I had to get Statefarm to extend my rental .
