Relaxed, No pressure experience I started our search for a " gently used" F150 on line. I emailed and texted Derek several times with questions. I always got a prompt answer. On Saturday we decided to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to see a couple F150's. We would have never made that trip had it not been for the great first impression we got from Derek. He helped every step of the way, getting us the most for our trade, and a fair deal. We were pre-approved for an excellent rate through our Credit Union, but the finance department was able to beat it. Working with Derek was an easy, no pressure experience, and well worth the trip to Mobile. We will definitely make Mullinax and Derek our first stop the next time we car/ truck shop. We have a couple of friends who are looking to purchase in the next several months, and have already given them Derek's card. Up front pricing concept is new to us since the last time we purchased. But Mullinax's pricing was fair, and it made the experience easier. Derek was a pleasure to work with, and more importantly, impressed us as an honest, polite, hard working man. It was a pleasure working with him. To us a Ford truck sells itself, but the right Sales person sells the dealership, and Derek is the right sales person.
