We came from out of state to purchase a new 2022 Bronco and Derek was incredibly easy to work with! We were able to get a ton of pre-work done before we even arrived. While Derek was amazing, we love our B and Derek was incredibly easy to work with! We were able to get a ton of pre-work done before we even arrived. While Derek was amazing, we love our Bronco and Doc was great, I do have some constructive feedback. Even though we had sent all of our documents for us personally, insurance, docs for our trade in, we did still spend nearly 3 hours at the dealership which was kinda painful. We had a 3+ hour drive home and I had hoped we would have been wrapped up much quicker than we were. More
