On Friday March 21st I visited this dealership to meet with my salesguy about test driving and purchasing a Bronco. At the time my salesman was preoccupied with a current customer and referred me off to K with my salesguy about test driving and purchasing a Bronco. At the time my salesman was preoccupied with a current customer and referred me off to Kushon Anderson. Test drove and afterward, we worked out a deal. This deal consisted of me placing a $500 security deposit which was encouraged by Mr. Anderson since I will be putting a large down payment and the rest will be financed by my local credit union and won't be able to pick it up until Friday March 28th. It also consisted of running boards at no additional cost and was advised by Mr. Anderson that they will be ordered and installed and ready by the time of delivery on Friday March 28th. The very next day(Saturday March 22nd) I came back to the dealership since Mr.Kushon Anderson wasn't answering any of my calls. I asked about having a retractable top installed on this vehicle but was informed he was at a funeral. Tuesday March 25th I called Mr. Anderson to inform him of my loan approval and to send the bill of sale/financial paperwork to my bank as requested from my loan officer. Mr. Anderson advised me to send him via text my loan officers information and that info was texted to him. It wasn't until today March 27th that I reached out to advise Mr. Anderson of my arrival tomorrow March 28th to bring a check, sign the paper work and take delivery of the Bronco. Mr. Anderson failed to respond to any text let alone phone calls made to him. It was at this moment I had to reach out to my original sales person to see where we all stand with this deal and this is when I was informed that nothing was done. Paper work wasn't sent my loan officer, running boards were not installed, let alone ordered. I was accused by Mr. Anderson of blocking all correspondence which was simply not true. It doesn't make sense to do that when you are in the process of purchasing a vehicle of this magnitude. After realizing Mr. Anderson dropped the ball on the process of this deal, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 7 days to have the running boards installed after I had to pay for them out of pocket which is against the original deal and what we originally agreed upon. We are talking about a 57K vehicle and it seems that this dealership did not want my business nor cared to even earn it. At this point, with the lack of communication, correspondence, and concern from Mr. Kushon Anderson, I thought it was best to walk away from this deal. I had a Ford F150. I went to several places to try to find out what was wrong with it, costing a lot of money. It turned out to be the oil sensor. And I should have gotten some kind of discount. Ms Holly was running all over the place and rushing me, and I was not able to think straight as bad as she was rushing me. Someone else told me that I had to finish paying what I owed on the truck and it was added to my bill. I was never supposed to have to pay what was owned on my truck. I am very disappointed about how I was treated and being rushed with this company. I should be able to refinance it and be charged the right amount for the car. It seems like I need to talk to a lawyer if I don't get this straightened out and see what I can do. I am completely disappointed with this company. More
