I bought a used truck, which I normally wouldnt. I had issues with it and was worried because it was as is. However, mullinax ford's UCD was great. My sales person, Lisa, and the used car manager w I had issues with it and was worried because it was as is. However, mullinax ford's UCD was great. My sales person, Lisa, and the used car manager were great. We talked and they actually helped !!! The vehicle has been good ever since. Buying experience was poor. Had to wait over a week for them to "service" the truck before it was ready to be picked up. Jacob, my salesman, was very poor and uncommunicative about keeping me updated on when the car would be ready. His excuse for not calling me at agreed upon times and dates that we both was either that nothing had yet been done or that he forgot . Sorry, but if you say you're going to call someone, you call them. Well, the vehicle finally got "serviced" and promptly broke down one week later in the middle of nowhere on a 95 degree day - I was pulling with a camping trailer and had my family and three dogs with me. It became obvious the whole pre-purchase inspection and servicing was a joke -- one visit for very minor repairs took almost two weeks. I would come to find out several months later there was a leaky differential that, instead of repairing, the service department had topped off with fluid. Even though it was still under warranty with the dealership, I had my own mechanic repair that since I wasn't dumb enough to get stranded again thanks to their mediocre service department. More
