I took my car in for servicing because I was having some trouble getting it started on cool mornings. The service center was very prompt in addressing my concerns and told me that the necessary repairs wou trouble getting it started on cool mornings. Much to my surprise they had my vehicle ready in barely and hour. I was so please with the level of service that I received that I asked to speak to the manager. Mr Hammock was the most pleasant man. While I was visiting with him one of the other managers poked his head in to say hello. After a breif conversation I decided that I might need to start looking at a new truck. The manager that I spoke with was named Bill Ford and he told me that he could help me with everything. Needless to say I had traded in my old car and bought a brand new one in no time!
