Now as far as the Owner/Managing Partner Alvin Davis, he should have stayed at Mike Shad in Florida where customer service doesn't matter he stated all these things would have been done but when I got there everything had to be re-explained because he failed to convey! In the end I was taken care of and promises were upheld, all except the greeting he could really careless who buys cars from them, special or not! ***** Currently in talks with the dealership to come to a resolution i will update accordingly once that has been completed.*** Original Review will remain as follows because this is how it was, they still need to make strides to improve, if I remove this completely it is if it never happened and that is not the case!----Service was great in the service Department. The company as a whole is terrible, I will never recommend them, I had a car shipped in from another dealership and PAID A PREMIUM price for it because it was limited edition. Limited Edition meant scratches on the paint, a second hole drilled into the rear bumper cover for the license plate because the incompetent license plate installer didn't use the required hole! Seriously something as basic as that, I wasn't offered any compensation for any of the above issues, THE BUMPER UNPAINTED ALONE IS OVER $800 yes it is a small hole but it is MY car I should be the only one putting holes in it. The car was shipped without the cover on it and had little scratches everywhere, they weren't noticeable at night but as soon as I got to the gas station and the lights showed everything and the dealership had closed for the night! I had to return to pick up my second key because it wasn't shipped with the car, they did offer to pay for gas for me to drive back to Mobile. My salesman Bennie told me I would receive a call Monday or Tuesday from Mr. Alvin Davis and that has yet to come to fruition, 2 weeks later still nothing. I was told I would receive something in the mail from the owner, that was a lie, I received a thank you letter from the salesman to my address back home in Ohio and I am stationed in Mississippi. I called one day and asked why my title paperwork isn't ready 10 days after I bought this $50,000 car, they said it can take a while sir " we sell over 200 cars a month so it takes a while" I have 10 days to get my tags in Mississippi, the law doesn't allow me a grace period outside of that, I had to complain to the finance manager so he would write me a 20 DAY temp tag. Bottom line they sell over 200 cars a month, they DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS, take the drive to Estabrook Ford in Pascagoula and ask for Sean Varone. I apologize for the long rant, Bennie is a nice guy, I will never do business with Mullinax, any of them! Apopka started the issue with the transfer from Florida, Mullinax Mobile didn't solidify it. I included Alvin Davis on all the Correspondence that was pertinent to the issues, never once did I get a replay from Mr. Davis, everything was second hand from Bennie and he made it seem like he was too busy to address the little guy! I am a man of my word, I paid my $1000 deposit, I held up my end, Mullinax didn't hold up theirs. LESSON TRUELY LEARNED my mistake for ever going back after my first bad experience. More

Awesome, Low Pressure, "We can do that" I was "gently" approached on the lot... not chased, and asked if I needed help. I said I knew what I wanted, but was still looking on my own. I kicked the tires and tried to open doors. I found an open vehicle and sat in it. I left and came back the next day with my wife and kids. Michael "gently" offered to help me. I could not find the car I wanted, but he said "We can make it happen". He never seemed nervous or uncertain about finding a car for me. Before we selected colors, etc. There was the keyless feature I had to have. It didn't work the way I wanted and I was ready to leave (mind you three kids were crawling in every car they could find unlocked) and Michael had already showed me several cars and their features, drawbacks and advantages, etc. I was getting tired and irritated. Michael left me to continue to look then came back with a simple solution and showed it to me. I leased the next day (Christmas Eve). It was easy enough. Only took a couple of hours and there was coffee. I was given a loan vehicle while my new one was being brought in from elsewhere. I asked for (demanded) zero down, and my lease price, features, extra mileage, etc. expecting some kickback and dickering. He never said "no", "not sure" or "let me check". He DID set my expectations. He DID tell me that if I wanted (fill in your own here) it would affect the price in different ways. I did not get the "run around". I felt valued and respected. I almost feel like I took advantage in some ways, as I was very demanding. But you don't have to be. Just tell them what you want. When the car was delivered Michael didn't force me to go over all the features, although he is supposed to. I let him show me the basics nonetheless and he automatically setup my keyless entry code for me. I was done. That's it. It's been 5 weeks and everything is awesome. He even texted me to make sure everything was good. More

Excellent My husband had been looking for a car for me and found my new Ford focus at Mullinax. He spoke with a sales rep named John David who was very helpful My husband had been looking for a car for me and found my new Ford focus at Mullinax. He spoke with a sales rep named John David who was very helpful and then brought me in for a test drive to see if I liked it. Wile I was there he and the staff were very helpful, and when we decided to buy they did all of the financing legwork for us even when a loan was hard to get. They got us an affordable price and then not only showed me how all of my new features worked but filled the tank for me before I left. Everyone was wonderfully personable, polite and helpful. I would recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone. More

Jeremy looked the truck up and found that the truck had sold but asked me to stop by if I had a chance to look at what they had. I decided to ride over that afternoon to take a look. I was approached by several salesman wanting to help and had no problem giving me a little space to look around alone before getting anyone involved. When I was ready to talk, Jeremy came out to answer my questions and to take me on a test ride. When we returned I was ready to make the deal! From there, everything was downhill which landed me in the truck I wanted for $7,000 under any other dealer I have looked at and $5,000 more than I ever thought I would have gotten for my trade. Jeremy Muniz is the guy if you are in the market for a new vehicle!!. More
