In no time at all we were in love with our new Escape. The finance director made a good deal even better by getting us terms that we can easily afford. Very friendly, nonintimidating environment! I have purchased or leased 3 Ranger Trucks,Mustang, Focus,and Edge. From the start to the finish the sales part has been more than excellent. I have all my service work done thru Coastal and they have always done exactly what they said they would do and my vehicle has always been ready when I was told. Walt Stubblefield has always taken excellent care of getting me exactly what I wanted in my vehicle. Chris my salesman has always followed up to make sure everything was ok! In fact my youngest daughter has purchased 3 vehicles herself from Coastal. The last one she came home from Baton Rouge, La. to get her last vehicle. More

My insurance sent me to Coastal's body shop to get my back bumper fixed, turned out great. Nice people, too. Got an email coupon for getting my oil changed, ended up getting new front brakes and tires, g back bumper fixed, turned out great. Nice people, too.
