Laser beam Focus I bought my 2017 Focus from Shawn Ewbank at Mullinax Ford. I was looking at a used car but when Shawn explained I could go new and get rebates, longe I bought my 2017 Focus from Shawn Ewbank at Mullinax Ford. I was looking at a used car but when Shawn explained I could go new and get rebates, longer warranty and a nicer car for a little bit more money, he sold me on this purchase. Shawn took the time to listen to my needs and wants in a new vehicle. I could not be happier with my beautiful car. My husband was out of town and Shawn got him the paaperwork overnight. Shawn isn't pushy. He listens. He didn't talk over me or make me feel pressured. I'll need a new vehicle in a few years and I'll go see Shawn. Easiest car purchase ever. He was helpful, courteous and engaging. we made a 10:30 appt and travelled from Gulfport to Mullinax dealership. The car I wanted was not available. I spotted another and Derek was on top of every detail. We took a test drive and my husband ()who can be very difficult) took a real liking of Derek. Y'all need to clone this guy cause he is the only reason for the sale. That man earned our business and we will be back for another vehicle. More

It was like buying a pizza from mcdonalds. Tires on Truck were oversized amd scrubbed when turning. If I had not noticed it they would have sent me home in this vehicle like this. After pointing out this issue the salesman told me tires scrubbing on big trucks was normal(lol). So then I had to wait three hours for them to change the tires out ,my truck wobbled all the way home. I took it to the local tire guys and they said it had like 5 balancing weights on it and was way out of balance. They advertise no dealer fees ,pretty sure it's because they try to get everyone to make a down payment. I asked about resetting the door lock pad code and the salesman said no one there knew how to do it. Just overall poor. The only good part was I paid less than I would have locally,but as far as knowledgeable,I think not. More
