Derik Montalvo was Great. Finance guy sucked Derik Montalvo was great. The “finance guy” thinking it funny that he kept me waiting an hour deserves to be fired. Long story short, I flew from across the state with my own financing to pick up my vehicle and upon making it there, due to an error with my bank, the financing process came to a halt. This happened in a Saturday so my bank was closed and couldn't get a resolution. Frustrated and about to fly back home empty handed, Derek and his financing team jumped in to help. Even through my credit is not great, these guys got me a last minute financing deal right before the store closed. I would've flown back with $600 in wasted travel expenses with no car if it weren't for their thoughtfulness and determination.
